Elizabeth's Youth Hostel
Editor's review
Perhaps 'youth hostel' is something of a misnomer here because some of the guests are not so young (at least, chronologically speaking), but if so it is the only thing that Elizabeth's has got wrong. It's a clean, warm and comfortable hostel suited to the most hard-pressed of pockets, in the very centre of Riga. Private and dormitory beds are available, there's a living room with TV, computer and information desk, and a small kitchen where guests can rustle up a bite to eat. With wi-fi, showers, bed linen, parking, tea, coffee, 24 hour access and English speaking staff, Elizabeth's Youth Hostel ticks all the boxes if you simply looking for somewhere decent and friendly to crash while in Riga.
