Pulkvedim neviens neraksta (Nobody writes to the Colonel) is Riga's coolest hang-out. Music there varies from acid jazz to punk to fusion. The club's name comes from Gabriel Garcia Marquez's novel, and just like in his novels, there are beautiful women at the club too. Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, Riga's hip and hot crowd is present
