Night of Museums

The Night of Museums features all sorts of exciting events. For instance at the Latvian National Museum of Art there will be a concert given by the SpassOrkester, during which guests will be able to wander around the hall Arsenals and enjoy the "Mythology of Sovietland” exhibition. The Latvian National History Museum offers some midnight fun with tales of the Brothers Grimm. Those who attend will also be given the opportunity to see the archaeological digs in the Riga Castle, which is usually closed to the public. Whereas the Memorial Museum will be inviting guests over for movies, milk and cookies. At the end of the night, DJs from Beat Retro Scratch will pump up the volume for those with insomnia at the Andrejsala from 01:00 to 04:00, where you can enjoy dancing under the stars.
