Damn it, why aren't there any decent wars nowadays? In these crazy politically-correct times you only have to mow down a couple of little old ladies with a submachine gun and all of a sudden you're a 'murderer'. Only last century people were handing out medals for that kind of sharp-shooting! Luckily those taking part in Riga-life.com's Big Gun Shooting activity will reassert their right to fire deadly weapons and get that Rambo-style rush of adrenaline all men secretly crave. And although sadly the targets are inanimate (despite the rumours you may have heard to the contrary, Latvia is a fairly civilised country!) would-be Mel Gibson's out there will get plenty of thrills from peppering paper targets with everything from Glocks, AK-47s and even the legendary UZI. The words 'go ahead punk' spring to mind...

Also did this tour with Red Fox Tours. If you go there - try TT-33 (a Soviet pistol made in 1948). They call it `a Russian Magnum` :)
