Located in the garden of the Slovansky Dum shopping centre, Millhouse Sushi offers the one thing that can make a sushi dining experience unforgettable - a conveyor belt! As you sit on the bar, plates of nigiri and maki sushi and sashimi glide by right in front of you, freshly made by their (actual Japanese!) sushi chef. If you don't see something you like or would like something special, just order and the chef will make it just for you. But think the conveyor is more fast food than classy dining? The modern tasteful decor will change your mind, as well as the daily buffet, where for 680 crowns you can eat all the sushi you can stomach in two hours.
