Prague Hotels

As you would expect from any modern European capital, all the big hotel chains are here and they do their job admirably, particularly for business travellers. What Prague offers that many cities can't however are many quirky and interesting (and usually privately owned) hotels that help add an unique air to your stay.

The abundance of backpackers mean that there are more than enough Prague hostels and cheap hotels in Prague to go round also. It really pays to do your research as price - and value for money - are by no means standard across the board. Whatever your budget or expectations you'll have no problems finding a suitable place to stay in Prague if you plan in advance. It is a good time, too, to negotiate for some extras, such as upgrades to better rooms or private baths or even an extra free day or two for longer stays.

Reviews about Prague Hotels

Hi Local Life Team, the Mosaic House is a fantastic hostel. I had an extensive look on all the hostels in Prague and in my opinion this one ticks all the boxes! This is why we at Hostelgeeks awarded the Mosaic House as a 5 Star Hostel. Cheers, Matt

Spain,
Mosaic House

Great place, cozy rooms, cheap local beer and just walking distance to the city centre... I met a lot of nice people in the common room. Greetings to Hana and Helmut :)

Finland,
Hostel Elf

It was absolutely fine. No complaints at all, and quite cheap. I would go back there again.

United Kingdom,
Apple Hostel

What a place, kinda quaint and grand at the same time....

United States,
Hotel U Prince

A fun and magical place!

United States,
Hostel Elf

Good hostel with everything we needed.

United Kingdom,
Apple Hostel

Not recommended, cos of safety problems. Probably some persons of staff are corrupted and work with stealer, providing info from video cameras if guest leave a room (e.g. just to visit facilities on the floor).

United States,
Travellers' Hostel Dlouha

Nothing too special, but clean and comfortable and reasonably priced.

United Kingdom,
Carlton Hotel

I was fortunate enough to visit on a chance meeting with a friend but was booked elsewhere so didn't stay the night. But I had to comment that Mlyn Karlstejn is superb from grounds to staff. I shall enquire there next I visit Prague.

United Kingdom,
Mlyn Karlstejn

Good friends, good times. Yo, Petr!
