Nicknamed "Dirty Purdy", Purdy Lounge is an old-time favorite, the kind of place where you go for a wild night of dancing with friends and wind up dancing with total strangers. It is a late night weekend favorite, especially for a youthful crowd, but if you're in the neighborhood from 3-7pm Monday through Friday, it's hard to pass up 2-for-1 happy hour. A decent beer list makes up for a limited wine selection, but most Purdy patrons are drinking hard liquor anyway.
