Pizzeria 00 is a cozy pizzeria with designer interior, serving the Neapolitan style pizza in casual atmosphere right in the centre of Old Podgórze district at Kalwaryjska. In Pizza 00, the dough for each pizza is prepared at least 48 hours in advance. Then, it slowly rises in cold temperature, for maximum flavour with a minimum use of fresh yeast. The slow rise makes the pizza dough easily digestible and very light for the stomach. When ready, the dough is garnished with simple, quality ingredients and baked in wood-fired oven for 90 seconds, according to the Pizza Napoletana regulations. Casual dining, good music and extraordinary pizza, the way it is done in Naples!
