Coke Live Music Festival Suspended

The Live Music Festival (recently known as Coke Live Music Festival) has been cancelled this year, as cooperation with Coca Cola company, the main sponsor of the event, has been terminated. The organizers claim that the festival will return to Krakow's event calendar in 2015.

According to a statement published on their website, Alter Art Agency, the organizer of the festival since its inception in 2006 ensures that Live Music Festival already has a new partner. However, the name has not yet been revealed. Also, Alter Art claims that after a gap year, the LMF will return to Krakow in 2015.

"Together with our new partner we have decided that a yearly break is enough to allow the festival to return even more diverse and with even more interesting musical programme. First information on the new Live Music Festival will be announced in the next few months" says the announcement on the festival's Facebook page.

Last year's edition of Coke Live Music Festival attracted a record number of audience: the former Czyzyny military airport base hosted over 40,000 people. The headliners were: Florence and The Machine, Franz Ferdinand, Biffy Clyro and Wu-Tang Clan.
