The Hetmańska Burgher House is proudly perched at one of the sides of the Market Square, and provides a great starting point to all guests of Intro Hostel. Apart from comfortable accommodation in dorms and doubles, the place provides plenty of conveniences: breakfasts, free WiFi Internet access, two PCs, kitchenette, common room with TV and laundry. The staff themselves are travelling buffs, who can provide all possible support to the weary traveller and point guests to all worthwhile and value-for-money spots in Kraków. Intro Hostel provides also discounts to befriended restaurants and clubs, tickets to the Salt Mine in Wieliczka and Auschwitz, as well as Free Walking Tour and one of a kind pub crawl around Krakow

Uwielbiam Kraków i Intro!! Mają pięknie urządzone pokoje, bardzo wygodne łóżka, z hostelu jest wszędzie blisko, mega przyjazny staff. No może trochę hałasu w nocy, ale jestem w stanie to zniesc dla tak udanego pobytu :)
Wspaniały hostel, ludzie w recepcji bardzo pomocni, hostel zlokalizowany dosłownie prawie w Rynku. Dużo fajnych ludzi, ciągle coś się dzieje. Fajne czyste pokoje, naprawdę wart polecenia.
