Owned by the popular radio station, RMF FM, which broadcasts from this nineteenth century military fortress on the top of Tadeusz Kosciuszko's mound, the hotel offers great views out over the city, and an altogether unique way of enjoying Cracow. Old cannons dotted around the forecourt add a quirky note to an upmarket hotel with sizeable bedrooms and well-equipped bathrooms. The Old Town is about ten minutes away by taxi. An especially good choice in the summer, if you want to get away from the heat of the city centre.

History and opulence at its finest. I didn't want to leave. I have stayed at many 5 Star hotels. I'd give this hotel a six star rating. If you love history, great views and rich accommodations you will enjoy this hotel.
We enjoyed our stay at hotel FM Pod Kopcem so much, it was hard for us to leave! Friendly staff, quiet rooms, surrounded by nature and the luxury of a ground heating in the bathroom - excellent! The centre is within good reach and the shuttle from the airport was very well organized, we´d definitely return!
Really different experience from other hotels - it is on the hill away from the centre, but with beautiful views. You can climb a small hill inside the castle walls and feel like a king! The children loved all the cannons. The people were nice to us too.
