YOGA IN ENGLISH

To focus your mind. To ease your body. Based on the teachings of Swami Sivananda. Sivanadna Yoga for its working both with physical body, mind and emotions simultaneously is often called the integral yoga. Asanas (proper positions of body in yoga), pranayamas (breath exercises) and deep relaxation – those are the three main components of our practice. To make our body more flexible and healthier, to get more energy for challenges that life brings, to fell more calm and relaxed – those are the main goals of this practices. Classes last 1,5 hour. You just need comfortable clothes and opened mind;) Proposed time: Wednesday or Thursday morning (at 8 or 9 a.m) or Friday at 4 or 5 p.m. (please let us know your preferences).
