Looking for a place to rent in Krakow - May 1st, 2014

Hi all ! I'll be moving to Krakow on May 1st and I need to rent a flat. I'm trying to avoid agencies and extra costs so here goes: I'm looking for a one room flat (studio or garsonyera) in a good area, doesn't have to be city centre or expensive neighbourhood, equipped with the necessary stuff: bed, washing machine, etc. The price should be acceptable Thanks !
