Hi there, I am in the process of starting up my own Polish street food business in the UK and am visiting Krakow from 29th April - 5th May. I was wondering if anyone knew any chefs or staff from Polish restaurants (particularly those specialising in pierogi) if they would be willing to have me in their kitchen for an hour or so just to see how it is done properly? Thank you.
