Silvester in Krakow?

Hi!!! I´ll will go with some friends for some days to krakow (27.12-01.01.). We look for some clubs and bars where the nicest girls are? Where is it? Do you have some tipps? Especially for Silvester. Is there a party or something. Thanks!!!!!!!
