Does anyone know any good orthodontists in Krakow?

I plan on getting braces ASAP (I will start work there soon as an expat) and I would like to know where I can find good orthodontists - people who are willing to explain info to you patiently, answer your questions and don't despise you when you read beforehand about your case or have doubts/ask for treatment alternatives. Also, what are the average fees for an ortho checkup? Thank you!
