Start with us Sunday in an atmosphere of relaxation and close contact with nature. We invite all willing - regardless of the level of advancement for yoga classes outdoors. We welcome all yoga lovers - both beginners and those who start every day with a warm welcome. Marta Zwolińska from Inside Studio Yoga & Pilates will lead the course.

That is why every single week we invite all those who are lacking in traffic, who need to break away from their daily duties, looking for a new passion for retirement and movement lovers. Utilizing the available equipment at the new floodplain gym, we show how to remain active throughout the year, keeping fitness and health in check. Jakub Bem conducts sports activities at the Active Senior Center at the Nowe Centrum Foundation

Want to catch the balance and regain balance? Attend Tai Chi and Chi Kung classes taught by instructors of YIN-YANG School in Krakow. Tai Chi is a unique exercise system that strengthens and improves the body; It increases vitality, improves energy flow and heals the spine. Chi Kung, is a Chinese model of exercise that involves slow, gentle movements combined with deep breathing and concentration of mind. Missing traffic? Need a break from everyday duties and a little relaxation? This is an activity for you! We invite both seniors looking for new passions as well as people who are interested in martial arts. Recommended comfortable training shoes, long, sports pants and a blanket or exercise mat. Classes for adults will be led by Izabela Paletko and Małgorzata Daniłow.
