The Dream Zone - Małgorzata Malwina Niespodziewana

A collection of works combining various artistic fields, most recently: graphic, illustration, drawing and comic. This exhibition entitled 'The Dream Zone' will feature the artist's latest drawings as well as sculptural drawings. During the vernissage will be held the 'unveiling'. Curtain (a monumental drawing-object) is an important element connecting the closed and open zone of the exhibition. A curtain is a body that is a biological shield of what is inside the human being: emotions, fantasies, fantasies, feelings and dreams. All these processes, according to the artist, do not only occur in our head but in the whole body; They are a complex system of connected vessels. This exhibition accompanies "Cracow Artistic Meetings 2017 - CONFIGURATIONS. Painting Sculpture Drawing".

About the artist:
Małgorzata Malwina Niespodziewana is a graduate of the Cracow Academy of Fine Arts, founder of the "MaMa" group and co-founder of "Group 13" (female graffiti). The author of thirty individual exhibitions has participated in more than one hundred group exhibitions in Poland and abroad. Laureate of many awards and distinctions, among others: scholarship of the Minister of Culture and Art in 1997/8; The Mythological Europe Revisited in Italy; Creative Scholarship of the City of Cracow in 1999, Mino Art Village Project in Japan in 2002 and 2006. In 2005 she won the Grand Prix International Biennial of Graphics of the Baltic Sea Countries Kaliningrad - Königsberg in Russia. In the same year she was admitted to the Polityka Passports for 2004.
