Wianki Music Festival 2017

Wianki summer festival, drawing from the Slavic tradition of summer solstice feast, has been one of Krakow's landmarks for over 10 years. Today it has transformed into a mega sprawl of local & international musicians playing open air concerts of all genres and feels as well as market stalls, flower head wreaths, traditional displays, foreworks, food, dancing and loads loads more.

This is a total centrepiece of Polish culture and if you're in town for it, not only should you most certainly jump in on the action but it might actually be hard not to!

All the concerts are free and you will find them anywhere from the main square to your bathroom.
