The book „Usypać góry. Historie z Polesia" (“To Build Mountains. Stories from Polesie”) tells the captivating story of Polesie – the land where Poles, Lithuanians, Belarusians and Jews lived side by side. The author gives a voice to the people still living there; they are living away from big politics, protecting their religions and languages, and believing that what has been destroyed by the Soviet authorities can still be saved.
