When you set foot in Krakow, the first place to go is the Gromada Tourst Centre, the professional and helpful service centre, providing individual assistance in various areas of life. Gromada is, among others, a ticket centre, offering airline tickets of both regular and economy airlines, as well as the international and domestic train (DB Bahn Official Sales Agent) and coach tickets. The company offers also booking services for hotels, local trips and shuttle transport, as well as car and wheelchair rental services. Also, Gromada is the place to buy Polish medical insurance and Krakow Tourist Card, and their internet cafe and a store might be your lifesaver when you can't print your boarding pass, you need internet access or an extra memory card.
