Kiev Hotels

There's no shortage of upmarket accommodation in Kiev, and if it's luxury you're after you'll find plenty of four and five star hotels competing for your custom. The business traveller is particularly well catered for with international names offering great comforts and conference facilities in high rise monoliths.

Those on a tighter budget are less spoiled for choice when it comes to mid-range hotels, making apartments a good option. As for travellers, hostels are thin on the ground, but with Ukraine bidding for EU entry and Euro 2012 on its way, the range and depth of accommodation is set for rapid growth.

Reviews about Kiev Hotels

Do not rent the apartment in Kiev with "Olga Apartments". We were so unlucky to rent a 1-room apartment with them at Grinchenka Borysa 2 that is in the center of Kiev. The apartment was extremely dirty (including bed linen and towels), and had a terrible smell of smoke, even in the bed. There were either ice-cold or boiling hot water in the shower cabinet, that also was very dirty. We arrived late at night and could not wait until next morning to move out of that terrible place. Since we paid in advance for 2 days, we asked manager Olga about a refund for 1 day, but were denied it.

We was extremely disappointed when we rented an apartment with Radisson Blu Kiev. They did not give us the one with had chosen and prepaid, instead we were given a terrible apartment at MIKHAILPVSKIY LANE 7 (it was dirty and smell very bad, poorly furnished and fool of mosquitos), and because it was late night we didnt have any other alternative just wait until 6 a.m. to move out and try to find some Hotel.
