Wielki Blekit (The Great Azure) is an appropriate name for this convivial seaside restaurant with its expansive view over the great blue wobbly. Don't expect fancy waiters or grandiose decor, this is an honest to goodness option that wins with its tasty menu, unpretentious style and hearty atmosphere. And of course the view over the sea doesn't hurt either.

Sunday I had a delicious bowl of fish soup and a small order of fries for 10.50 zl. Everything on the menu is inexpensive and the dishes I saw other people eating all looked good. Great location at the foot of the short pier in Gdansk.
