This wonderful hotel looks not unlike an apparition from Peking's Forbidden City. But this little palace boasts smashing views over the Baltic Sea, and you can pop out the door and go for a stroll along the beach. Zhong Hua has 14 opulent suites and 35 doubles, all decked out in an authentic Chinese style. Downstairs you can savour the delights of the region's finest Chinese restaurant or unwind with an oriental massage. Sounds like the perfect antitdote to a stressful day in the conference room. A standout hotel.
