What's the weather in Bangkok like?
Rainy, cool, and dry are what you can expect from Bangkok throughout the year. With a very high average temperature, expect tropical humidity no matter what time of year it is - so abandon your expectations for perfect hair days. November to February is typically the dry season, followed by a very hot stint from March to August. Between June and October prepare for rain. As in any tropical climate, protect your skin with sunscreen, glasses, and hats in particularly hot weather. Likewise, because of the quickly-changing seasons, keep in mind that it provides perfect breeding grounds for mosquitoes and other insects.
