One of Amsterdams real gems,t Smalle is one of the most authentically Dutch drinking experiences in the city, with well-worn wood-panelled walls and sparkling chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. As an award-winning wine bar, t Smalle has an extensive selection of fine wines from around the world, but its certainly not lacking in selection when it comes to beer either. If the sun is shining, youll be excused from enjoying the historic interior and choose a canal-side spot in t Smalles patio. Unsurprisingly, the patio is nearly always jam-packed with an after-work crowd, so try stopping by in the afternoon or at night to beat the flocks of locals who adore this Jordaan staple.
